Most sensors needs some signal conditioner electronics before digitize the signal. Few examples are:
- Piezoelectric force sensors
- Geophone
- Thermocouple, ...
The signal conditioning electronics can have different functions:
- Amplification
- Isolation
- Filtering
- Excitation
- Linearization
Charge Amplifier
